The Details!
Lindsay and Sanjit’s July wedding was a 3-day affair with their ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner reception all on-site at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, one of Orlando’s top resorts, minutes from I-Drive and Disney. White Rose Entertainment provided the music, uplighting, and emcee for the wedding day from start to finish. What’s more, their ceremony was beautifully placed at Cypress Point, with their cocktail hour on the Trellis, followed by the dinner reception in the La Coquina ballroom.

Dancing The Night away…
Lindsay and Sanjit danced their first dance as newlyweds, to In Case You Didn’t Know, by Brett Young, which led into the song, Jind Mahi, by Diljit Dosanjh. The music and dancing during the reception were a combination of current country and dance top 40, 90’s, and early 2000’s pop, as well as, country music hits, along with, current Indian dance music. The entire reception was one huge dance party! With each song transition, Lindsay and Sanjit’s dance floor was flooded with guests, family and their I DO crew! As always, White Rose Entertainment provided 2 DJs, who were specifically matched to the clients’ Music Profile, to ensure the best playlist, smooth transitions, and a flawless wedding reception party!

The highlight of the dance floor? There were too many to count, yet one of our favorite moments was the line dance to the song: I Knew The Bride (when she used to rock n roll), by Nick Lowe. One of Lindsay’s bridesmaids led this line dance from BOTH ends of the dance floor in order for everyone to mimic her steps. Even those guests who had never heard the song, were on the dance floor giving it their best shot! By the end of the song, everyone had the dance steps down. Shortly after this line dance, Lindsay was hoisted in the air by Sanjit and his groomsmen. Sanjit took a turn mid air on the dance floor several times as well!

Telling A Story Through Music
Wedding reception music tells a story; how a couple met, where their adventure has taken them, their backgrounds, where they grew up, where they are headed and so much more. Lindsay and Sanjit’s wedding reception music playlist was no different. Their families and friends danced and celebrated on the dance floor until the very last song was played, When You Wish Upon A Star, by Cliff Edwards. There were so many epic and joyous moments on the dance floor at this wedding, that it was difficult not to include every photo by Cricket’s Photo + Cinema! Everyone was smiling from ear to ear. Congratulations again to Lindsay + Sanjit!
